Good afternoon, Myers
I just finished reading “It’s easier to keep up than it is to catch up” and I agree with you. There is no “bad month” or “two bad months” in new home sales. I do everything possible which includes, making extra prospecting telephone calls each month, attending association of Realtor sales meetings so I can present my standing inventory homes to the members and schedule appointments with those Realtors who have clients that are interested in the homes I have to sell, ask the current home owners that I have sold homes to in the community for referrals, etc. so that I can sell the homes that I need to sell each month so I’m not trying to catch up.
Thank you for this article and video. You are an inspiration.
It’s a pleasure to know you.
