I enjoyed watching this video again and I agree with you that if you show up on time, do what you say, finish what you start and say please and thank you throughout the entire sales process then the referrals will come.  I try to do all four of these things in my business and I can honestly say that I get more referrals when I do these things than when I don&#039;t.
