I receive this question so often that I would like to share a fundamental truth with you all now, to answer this question once and for all:
Your success in new home sales is not dependent on how the market is doing; rather your success is dependent on how you intelligently react to how the market is doing.
Truly, the responsibility for sales is not about market conditions but is about our personal decisions and our personal accountability. We must all accept this and rise to the occasion no matter how “good” or “bad” the market is to make our success.
